1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AgentC platform at https://agentc.asia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access the service.

AgentC Asia Co., Ltd. (MST: 4300868309) operates this platform as a multi-channel communication and automation workspace for businesses.

2. Description of Services

AgentC provides enterprise-grade tools for:

  • Connecting and managing Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, and Messenger chatbots in a unified workspace
  • Automating social media monitoring and customer response workflows
  • Publishing and scheduling content to connected social channels
  • AI-driven customer support automation and human agent escalation

3. Facebook Platform Integration

Our platform integrates with Meta (Facebook) Platform. By connecting your Facebook Page(s) to AgentC, you:

  • Authorize AgentC to access your Page’s public metadata and content as permitted by your granted permissions
  • Confirm that you are an authorized administrator of the connected Facebook Page(s)
  • Acknowledge that your use of Facebook-connected features is subject to Meta’s Terms of Service and Meta Platform Terms
  • Agree that AgentC will only use Facebook data for the purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensuring that all content published through AgentC complies with Meta’s Community Standards and Platform Policies
  • Notifying AgentC immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Obtaining appropriate consent from your end customers when using AgentC’s customer service features

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AgentC to:

  • Publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Collect or process personal data of Facebook users beyond what is permitted by Meta’s policies
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our platform’s source code
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta API outages or changes to Meta’s Platform Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentC Asia Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue due to Facebook API changes, account suspensions by Meta, or data loss due to third-party failures.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke Facebook permissions independently at any time via your Facebook App Settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
