What Personal Data We Collect and Why
1. Account & Contact Information
When you register for AgentC services, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company information to create and manage your account and communicate with you about our services.
2. Facebook & Meta Platform Data
When you connect your Facebook Page(s) to AgentC, we collect and process the following data through the Meta Graph API:
- Page Public Metadata: Facebook Page name, profile photo, cover photo, verification status, and Page ID — used to display your connected channel identity within your AgentC workspace.
- Page Public Content: Public posts, media (photos, videos), public comments, and basic engagement metrics (likes, reaction counts, comment counts) — used to populate your social monitoring feed and enable customer support response workflows.
- OAuth Access Tokens: Long-lived Page Access Tokens — stored securely in encrypted form and used exclusively to make authorized API calls on your behalf.
Data use limitation: All Facebook data collected is used exclusively for the authorized client’s own internal dashboard and customer support workflows. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to any unauthorized third parties.
3. Usage Data & Analytics
We automatically collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to maintain service security and improve platform performance. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the AgentC platform
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To synchronize authorized Facebook Page data into your workspace
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, service updates)

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Facebook Page data is cached for a maximum of 24 hours and refreshed on demand. Upon account termination, all personal data is deleted within 30 days.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Access tokens and credentials are stored using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with Meta (Facebook) Platform under the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policy. Your use of Facebook-connected features is also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

AgentC-operated project websites and Google Drive
AgentC Asia also operates project websites, internal server tools, and community systems under its ownership or technical management, including tainguyendulichquangngai.vn. These project websites may use AgentC infrastructure, Google Cloud, Google Drive, and related automation to store, synchronize, back up, and publish approved project media or documents.
Public visitors normally do not need to sign in with Google to use these project websites. When an administrator or authorized operator connects a Google account, AgentC requests only the Google permissions needed for the configured workflow, such as selecting, reading, synchronizing, uploading, or backing up files that the account has authorized. Google Drive data is used only to provide the requested project operation and is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train unrelated AI models.
Google access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page or by contacting AgentC Asia. If access is revoked, related media synchronization, backup, or file-management functions may stop working until access is restored.
